SISTIC is evolving its service from a ticketing portal to self-service online marketplace with its dedicated SISTIC Mall function.

Targetting event organisers, venues, promoters and independent artistes, the platform will enable players to build an online store, manage products, promote and sell official merchandise. Nonetheless, the platform will continue to provide ticketing solutions.


SISTIC Mall will provide merchants an eCommerce solutions integrated with SISTIC’s ticketing solutions, offering merchants the ability to sell more than just tickets – but also leverage on SISTIC’s marketplace and customer database to drive cross-selling opportunities and boost revenues.


Joe Ow, chief executive officer, SISTIC added, “We are continually innovating and looking for more ways to work with event organisers, venues and artistes to sell more than just tickets for their events. With this new initiative, our clients can now offer a wide variety of event or artist related items to grow their revenue and build more meaningful customer relationships through a connected digital customer journey in Singapore and beyond.”


According to the brand, the management tools within SISTIC Mall allow merchants to manage their product inventory, stocking and orders centrally – simplifying operations and allowing them greater control and visibility. The platform is also integrated with all major last-mile fulfillment partners like J&T Express, Singpost and NinjaVan, where purchased items can be delivered through local couriers at discounted rates.


Additionally, the dashboard reporting feature provides merchants actionable data insights into their product sales performances and customer purchase behaviours, which allow merchants to optimise their event and marketing strategies. Merchants can also engage with a customer directly through phone or email with available customer profile data. 


Previously, with COVID-19 restrictions imposed, SISTIC wanted to support its arts and entertainment clients in keeping communities connected and keeping the industry afloat. SISTIC Live, a livestreaming platform, was created to bridge the gap between live performances and virtual streaming for local promoters.
